The NHSMA Board consists of the President, Vice President (President Elect), Secretary, Treasurer, Immediate Past President, Ambassadors, appointed Committee Chairs and Committee Members, Delegates and Alternates to the AAMA HOD and De Facto board members. The business of the NHSMA shall be conducted by the NHSMA Board.
However, all final voting is done by the Executive Board. The Executive Board members are those elected yearly at the Annual Business Conference. The Executive Board consists of President, Vice President (President Elect), Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past President.
