2024 Fall Conference LIVE & ZOOM HYBRID EVENT! 

WHEN:   Saturday October 19, 2024

TIME:  8am – 12:00pm (registration opens at 7:30)

WHERE:  Elliot at River’s Edge , with a ZOOM option

COST:  PLEASE NOTE: Attending LIVE or by ZOOM is the same price.

$15 for NHSMA Members,

$20 for Non- NHSMA Members (this includes out of state AAMA members)

3 CEUs will be available, featured classes include:  

  • A Focus on Wellness for the Medical Assistant–1 CEU (GC)

  • Complex Ankle and Foot Surgery-1 CEU (C)

  • Information about the NH Immunization Information System (NHIIS) – 1 CEU (A)

We will also present information from the AAMA National Conference.

There is also an opportunity for all attendees (live or zoom) to buy raffle tickets for an opportunity to win a $100 visa gift card! 

Tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10.

LASTLY, an incentive to join us at the LIVE event is that there will be a 50/50 raffle where the tickets are $1 each or 10 for $5.

regarding the credentialing question: Since the NHSMA welcomes ALL Medical Assistants it is helpful for us to get a sense of how many of our members have different credentials. We want to advocate for all of you so we want to be sure we are speaking to the right organizations. Below is a list of of the 3 most common organizations in the state and what credentials they present.

Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) Credential is through the American Medical Technologists (AMT)

​

Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) Credential is through the  National Healthcare Association (NHA)

​

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Credential is through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).
